Immediate Openings for Speech Therapy
JB Therapy Solutions, PLLC is a private pay practice. We do not bill insurance directly; however, we can provide a superbill (an itemized receipt) that you may submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Payment is due at the time of service. We recommend checking with your insurance provider to determine your out-of-network benefits.
We come to you! We are a mobile practice and provide services in-home and/or the community (e.g. daycare, preschool, parks, library, restaurant, etc.) in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. This includes Macungie, Emmaus, Alburtis, Trexlertown, Allentown, and Bethlehem. Virtual speech-language therapy and AAC coaching is available throughout Pennsylvania and Virginia.
We work with individuals of all ages!
We know kids get sick or scheduling conflicts come up and at times you have to cancel at the last minute. As per our cancellation policy, we ask for a 24-hour notice. If last-minute cancellations happen repeatedly we will work with you to determine if another therapy time or teletherapy is a better fit. Cancellations made without at least 24-hour notice, or no-shows will be charged a $75 fee.
Call, email, or use our contact form to schedule a free 15 minute consultation.
During the initial consultation, we will go over your questions and determine if my experience matches your needs.
If you would like to proceed, we will send you intake documents to complete and return.
We will schedule an evaluation/consultation to determine exact needs and set up goals.
If treatment is warranted based on the evaluation/consultation results, we will discuss recommended treatment frequency and schedule appointments.
Yes, an evaluation is required prior to services being rendered. This helps guide our treatment goals, therapy approach, and session frequency to help obtain the best treatment outcomes. We will accept outside evaluations that have been conducted within the last 12 months.
We use a HIPAA compliant, secure web based program for virtual therapy. We work directly with the parent/caregiver, with the client, or a combination approach, depending on the client's age and need. Sessions are most successful when the parent/caregiver is present to assist with troubleshooting, redirect attention as needed, and provide additional prompting. This collaboration allows parents/caregivers to become more involved in the client's communication development and increases their confidence in supporting the client's goals at home. A team approach increases skill accuracy and accelerates treatment!
You will need access to a strong internet connection and a built in or external webcam and microphone or headset.
You may use your desktop or laptop computer or an iPad/Tablet (however, some teletherapy features may not be supported on iPads/Tablets).
